Jacqueline gave me an amazing cut with such skill and care, I left feeling absolutely uplifted. I came for help to correct a cut done elsewhere on my shoulder-length wavy hair. If only I had found her sooner! She truly listened and translated my hairstyle wishlist into reality. She knew just how to bring out the best of my hair's natural wave and give it some personality - all to the exact length I was looking for. So easy to style it now it's like magic - waves and loose curls shape themselves and fall right into place! Jacqueline is so kind and lovely to talk with, the studio is a serene, beautiful space and everyone is so friendly. Appt was right on time. I love my hair!! I will definitely be back! Very nice experience. Lauren gave me a great haircut that I can manage, which is important to me. She spent a lot of time asking me about what I like and checking in as she cut my hair. She’s very friendly, and a good conversationalist. The shop is in an accessible location, and is clean, bright and welcoming. The other staff was friendly too. Bonus points: Lauren recommended a colleague who she said is a master of haircuts. Love the professionalism.

I visited the salon about a month ago, I booked for haircut + partial highlights. I ended up with the haircut plus partial balayage plus roots color, all changes and additions that I did not want and I did not request. The color and the overall effect is not even close to what I wanted- after trying to tone it 2 or 3 times, the stylist told me that "it would get better" in a few weeks but it never happened. The haircut seemed ok when they styled it, but it's actually not great. Also, they were about 1 hour late and the entire service lasted for about 4 hours (instead of the 2.5 hours planned at the time of booking). I explained my disappointment when they sent me the "rate our service" email, hoping to hear back from them, but they just ignored me. The cost of the service was about $300.
