I had my hair highlighted by Sarah, and unfortunately it came out very different than what I asked for and also poorly colored. I had asked for very natural, thin, face framing highlights to brighten the top of my head, keeping a lot of my natural color for contrast and so it would grow out well without sharp lines. Instead I came out with most of my hair highlighted a much lighter blonde than expected and with most of my natural color gone on the top half of my head. On top of the highlights not being what I asked for, the color came out extremely yellow and brassy. I had to buy a color correcting purple shampoo and hope that will help fix the unfortunate color until I can get the highlights fixed.

I never leave reviews but couldnt wait to shout off the rooftops for Roz!! I left her salon crying happy tears. After years of hating my hair and never liking any color job I have ever had done, she nailed it spot on. She is above and beyond a true professional and such a pleasure to chat with. She kept me informed the whole time, step by step, and gave great advice for maintaining my hair. I will never go anywhere else!! Thank you so much Roz!!! I truly mean it!! You're the best! I would not recommend the nail salon. When I left my cuticles looked as if I had never gone. My nail tech accidentally burnt me with the paraffin wax. Accidents happen and I have very sensitive skin, but she made me feel uncomfortable and I left stressed because she over shared inappropriately and unprofessionally about her life the entire time I was there. Further, because of that I know how much the salon takes from it's employees and I would not want to support a business that takes so much from the people that keep them up and running.
