Polished Nails And Hair Baltimore

After moving to Baltimore all of my coworkers said they went to Polished. I tried other salons closer to my house and was disappointed in the service and quality. I went to polished twice now and will definitely be back. The staff is very efficient and professional. The quality is excellent and I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Do not recommend this place at all. The staff is polite but they will ignore requests and just do whatever they want with your nails. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and picked a color I wanted for both my fingers and toes, they ignored that I picked a regular paint and started doing gel without asking me. Then halfway through told me they couldn’t do the picture I showed because the girl who knows how wasn’t there today (it was just a slanted French Tip). Then the tech lost my original color and without saying anything picked a different one that was close but noticeably not a match to my pedicure . So I paid almost $100 for repeated miscommunication, to not get the design they told me they could do, and have them lose their own products while using them on me. I will not be returning. The lady was nice and helped me sign in and the lady who did my nails was okay and she did it rough but overall she did nice nails
