Cindy is the ultimate hair professional. Any style, any hair texture. Cindy invests in her craft, she only uses the best tools and products to keep her clients looking their best. She can even give fashion advice. In my opinion it is one of the best salons in Baltimore.
Hair stylists are well experienced and have use excellent products to improve or enhance the condition of the customers hair. Well experienced with customers long hair and problems with hair growth. Also, use CDC guidelines to protect staff and clients. I have been a customer for 20 years and I always receive compliments on m and hair.
