I see Jessica and she's amazing. Kind and talented she's totally doing something great with her career. I've gone to her twice and she's transformed be both times. First time was while pregnant and a mess and last time was new mom and a mess. She's wonderful and this cozy little Aveda salon is an absolute diamond in the rough. West Springfield isn't necessarily an edgy, up and coming city but you certainly get that city quality at this place. I go to Jessica but I have absolute trust that anyone here would be wonderful!
I had a great experience at this salon. Rebecca did the keratin treatment to my hair and I must say it works!! I am so happy with the service I received from Rebecca, Jenny, and Katie.. they were so welcoming.. I definitely recommend this salon to everyone for everything!!!
Katie is fantastic! ALWAYS impresses me with how knowledgeable she is about the science of hair color. I change my hair color pretty often, and she helps me figure out what I want, and executes exactly what looks best on me. It's also very relaxing to be in her chair; she just puts you at ease.
