As a new resident to Waltham I chose this salon due to its ease of online booking. When I arrived for my basic haircut and wash I decided to muster up the courage to ask about hair extensions (post surgery hair thinning). I was always told with my thin hair it was a horrible idea but Jess told me the complete opposite and backed up everything she was telling me. I decided to go for it and she walked me through the process and we made a game plan. I was beyond happy with the results, giving me confidence I’d never thought I’d have. She is excellent at her job, extremely friendly, and very much willing to work with you whether it is a last minute large appointment request or giving her unbiased informational opinion. I constantly get compliments on how amazing my hair looks and how no one can tell I have a partial sew in. Zero regrets. She has also done my makeup for a photo shoot that came out amazing! Just started going here this year. Jessica is very talented and is a professional in the beauty industry. True beauty boss and master stylist. Beautiful salon looks like a palace, good vibes always. ** had to update my review after going here for a few months my hair has thinned out and broke off very bad. My hair was not in this condition before going here. Now I have to start over growing my hair back out thick. I'm glad I started noticing the major breakage before it got worst. **Updated 9/11/2022**
