I've been coming here to Stephanie who has always done an incredibly great job - beautiful styling and highlighting. 5+ stars every time. Unfortunately she is no longer there and I was given another stylist who gave me the worst haircut I've ever had. She cut it so short that it will be months and months before it can be cut again and anything done with it. Looks like I've had a buzz cut. Won't ever take another chance with this salon.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new hairstylist I could trust. I saw Deb and had booked an appointment for full foils, which I’ve been getting done to my hair for 15 years, she talked me out of getting foils and convinced me to do balayage, we agreed on a beige blonde/bronde look. I told her I wanted an inch off my hair and no face framing layers. She cut 3+ inches off and cut super short face framing layers. Deb was extremely rough with my hair and scalp when washing my hair and applying the conditioning treatment she scrubbed so hard that my scalp was bright red and sore. When she blow dried my hair, she was pulling so hard that my body was rocking back and forth in the chair and I had to hold onto the seat. She was in a huge rush. I wish she would’ve just told me she didn’t have time for a blow dry. The worst part is my roots in the front of my hair are now reddish, an auburn, strawberry blonde color…my
