The studio is beautiful, clean and quite new. This was my first time there and I was warmly welcomed. I needed a blowout and a gel manicure and was assured it will all be done in 1.5 hours. We started with the manicure and my nails did not need any removal, yet, it took over an hour to do a gel manicure. And even after that the manicure started coming off within a day. The technician wouldn't use enough nail color, I had to keep pointing out that it’s too light. I texted the owner with a picture to request if they would fix what came off as it happened the very next day but I did not get a response. As the nails took so long, we did not have time to wash my hair and I had to get styling done on an oily scalp and hair. Hilda did a good job curling my hair though I really needed a wash and I’m disappointed that I couldn’t get that done because it was quite visible. I would definitely recommend Hilda! It has been weeks and i still can't stop touching my hair. The ends are still so soft, best cut and style I've had in years!
