3rd visit with Cat Hernandez. She's a delight!! She really puts me at ease, she's comforting. I feel so relaxed. She is ultra professional but friendly. Cat listens to my questions and concerns and addresses my needs. She offers suggestions and provides services but is never over-selling or pushy. I LOVE this. Due to her approach I find myself more willing to pursue products & services because she makes me feel like it really IS about ME and not just turning a profit. I couldn't possibly ask for more. My visits are relaxing and I leave rejuvenated! Extremely happy and satisfied. I recommend Cat and Maura Hession [previous massage] with utmost enthusiasm and confidence!!
This place is so lovely and the whole team is wonderful! I got my haircut by KC today and she was just a dream come true. She made me feel like a queen. I cannot recommend her enough! Thanks Beauty Loft!
Had a fantastic facial done, felt amazing very relaxed and enjoyable. Everyone was super friendly. Definitely will go back soon for more treatments. They have alot to offer. And depending the day parking wasn't terrible.
