I booked a silk press with a trim. Now what I got was a wash, blow dry, flat iron & trim. No special hair treatment, nothing. She didn’t detangle my hair before she started blow drying AND she didn’t put any heat protectant. When I got in my car I realized my haircut was uneven. The salon is nice and clean, but don’t waste your money here. Service: Haircut

Sophia is a highly skilled and seasoned PROFESSIONAL. Every staff member works hard to keep the salon clean and operating efficiently. Sophia is obviously committed to her craft and business. Her work approaches perfectionism. And every client received the same level service. I was a walk-in on a very busy day. Did I have a long wait time, yes, but IMO that is how it should be. Regular clients and people with scheduled appointments should take priority. I was thrilled with the finished results. My weave looked great and was very well done.
