For the past 30 years I had one exclusive hair salon that I went to, moving from Boston to Springfield I visited a couple of hair salon but Ermosa hair salon was and is my favorite, all the ladies are extremely nice, and the place is emasculated in cleaness, politeness and down to earth, my stylist is one of the best, very polite and friendly her name is Britney Who I always refer to as Hollywood( inside joke) but in all serious aspects I recommend this Salon to everyone that wants their hair done in a quickly matter. This girls are all Great. 110% the best in Springfield mass. Thank you Ladies for always making me feel at home. You are all great.

To the comment underneath me I'm going to say shame on you for making up story about your service. We have never had any new client ever feel uncomfortable or ever had a poor experience especially from Carmen. She is exceptional in her field. I've looked up to her for 20 plus years in this Industry. To read a bad review on her is actually hilarious to me.

Carmen did an absolute amazing job on my step daughters hair! Not only did she exceed my expectations, she also went above and beyond to make sure my step daughter left her salon happy with her service. Not to mention, her prices are amazing!
