Heard of this place by a young lady who's hair was nice, I called made an appt with Denise, was so excited, get to the shop on time in fact early, well 10 rolls around , no one showed till 10:30, then only for me to be told the stylist was going to be out for awhile with an illness, my problem with this is no one could reach out and cancel/reschedule the appt, my time is valuable as well, very disappointing was so looking forward to getting my hair done.

Overall I was happy with the haircut until I looked at the sides of my head where my hair line meets my sideburns and was MORTIFIED!!! But me being the calm nice person I am I said nicely “I like everything about the haircut EXCEPT how much you took off on my edges.” I still paid and only gave a $5 tip. If she wouldn’t have messed me up the way she did I would’ve given her more. I tried looking for a way to post a pic with this review but I don’t think I can. I honestly will not be going back.
