I just had the most exceptional salon experience of my life. Andrea is meticulous, talented and dedicated to her craft. She spent over 2 hours with me discussing style and color options and giving me the most precise cut I've ever had. On top of it, she's a delightful person and it was a pleasure to spend the time with her. I could not recommend this salon more highly.

We have been coming here to cut and highlight for about 3 to 4 years with Andrea, she is very nice. However, recently we were late about 10 min for our appointment, and her sister, Ornela, very rudely and unprofessionally called us and cancelled our appointment. We were almost there so disregard of her behavior we went there to see Andrea and talk to her, but Ornela did not allow us to see her or talk to her, rather infront of other customers she screamed and asked us to leave! Why? Becasue we were 10 min late. We kept our patience and just aksed her to give the color code she used last time, but instead she again screamed and very aggressively asked us to leave! This is unfortunate but I strongly recommend either avoid here or if you like to go here only talk to Andrea. Her sister is not a polite and nice person. She literally asked us to go and find a new salon after several years that we cut our hairs in their salon, only becasue we were 10 min late.

Yesterday I went in for a cut and color with Andrea. I always find describing what I want done difficult, but Andrea caught on right away. She used swatches to make sure the colors matched my natural hair and the results are better than I could’ve imagined. She also trimmed my hair and gave me some wonderful advice on how to prevent hair loss, color fade, and dryness. The salon itself was so bright and full of natural light and the music was an 80s playlist that made the whole experience very enjoyable. I will be returning and I will be recommending Andrea to my friends with coloring needs.
