I let them know that I was canceling my appointment the night before due to running a fever. I thought that letting them know was better than waiting it out and potentially canceling last minute so that they could hopefully fill my vacant spot. They didn’t respond and then charged me for 50% of my service less than 10 minutes later. I know that’s their policy…but that seemed a bit harsh. It’s not like I’ve ever canceled an appointment there before. I would have preferred if they tried to fill my appointment spot and charged me 50% had they not been able to. I let them know at 7:15 pm the night before and my appointment wasn’t until 4:45pm the following day. That being said..I was pleased with my haircut in the past. But this left a bad vibe and I won’t be returning. I guess prepare yourself for this or go to your appointment sick. Service: Haircut

Everyone at Salon CŪ is wonderful! All the stylists are really warm and chill but also very capable and professional. The reception staff/assistants are always nice and helpful as well. Each stylist also has their own unique vibe, so it never feels like they only cater to a specific type of client. I’ve seen everyone from little kids to old people and folks getting everything from root cover-ups to edgy vivids. Great place!

Madison brought my vision into life. I have dark brown hair and wanted to have light pink hair mixed with blonde. It was a process but she made it happen. She is also good company during long hours of full foiling. I would recommend her for any hair coloring services, and I will continue to go to her. The place itself is clean and has a friendly atmosphere. It takes a while to find appointments, but they stick to their schedule. Price is reasonable. I like that their clientele covers a wide range, various genders, age, hair styles… I like this place in general.
