Fernanda's Beauty Salon

I've had my Keratin done here before with a senior stylist (outcome was excellent left with straight hair as advertised and promoted) who suggested to rebook with anyone for my next treatments. Since I had another stylist I guess of a lower level that did my keratin but had to redo since the roots were curled. I did it again with a different stylist who agreed to fix it since it was worst this time. Yes my curls we loose the curled but not straight as the rest of my hair. I did noticed this stylist that she applied the keratin too lightly but I have thick hair. I came in today and the stylist did want to fix who was very understanding and nice but Fernanda said no and made an excuse that the formula had changed when you can clearly see there were parts straightener than others so you clearly didn't want to accommodate me. I should of just gone to Ulta which has the same business model and paid half of if not less then what I was charged for a senior stylist Should seen the 1 star revie

Yvonne is the bees knees, man. I shied away from salons after decades of hairdressers doing a generally subpar job of cutting/styling my crazy curly hair. Not this salon. Once I had an appointment with Yvonne the game changed. First of all, she’s just a really down to earth person who’s willing to work with you to get you what you want. She’s good at setting expectations and checking in throughout the process and being a curly girl herself, she knows how to work with curly hair. I had never had my hair professionally colored before and I don’t want to go to anyone else to get it done now that I’ve worked with her. She always asks what my goal is and addresses my concerns if I have them (plus she always has stellar suggestions when I ask for them!) When I first went in I wanted to lighten my hair but also preserve the curl and she was right there with me making sure I knew what my options were and that I was comfortable with my choices. My experience at Fernanda’s was the best! Been here three times so far and every time I come in, it makes me want to come back. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, plus they have great amenities like a coffee machine and snacks! Yvonne gave me an amazing haircut and root color that made me feel like a million bucks. And she’s always a pleasure to chat with! She rocks, go see her :) Pics from both times I’ve gone to see Yvonne!
