I really enjoy Christine. She is a wonderful stylist. It’s more so, the appointment that was booked. I assumed my “ refresher” appointment came with a wash and dry. Had I known it was just a five minute dry razor dusting, I would have booked the extra service of a wash and dry. I was really looking forward to the styling. Can this be added somewhere on the menu that it’s not included ?

I came to the salon with some trauma from a past experience and explained how significant my hair meant to me. Christine listened and guided me to a cut that really complimented my face and look. Not only was it flattering, but she gave me a look that honored my relationship with my hair as well. I love Christine and the magic she produces. I also really adore the owner as she was so kind and attentive! Moonbaby Salon is a place of talent and care.

I went to moon baby hair salon for. Service with Kate. Let me be clear the stylist is not the problem the owner is 1000% the issue here. I missed an appointment due to not receiving any form of confirmation from them. When they called 5 minutes after the grace period to ask if i was coming it was more than obvious there was a miscommunication with dates. When I explained this they asked if I was able to come in and I said I could try but I wasn't sure. The girl on the phone argues with me for like 15 minutes and told me they would charge 75% of the service fee due to me missing. When I said "fine I guess I'll come in" after being told that they told me the stylist wouldn't take me. When I asked why she would even offer then the girl copped an attitude sighed and said her manager would call me back. When I told her I wanted her to give a resolution not her manager and she could have an attitude but she is the one calling and demanding money from me for a service not provided she literal
