I am so happy to finally find a good hair dresser. My hair has been notoriously hard to cut, and this is the only place I've been that gets it right every time. If you're looking for a new hair dresser this is definitely the right place.

I got a haircut bc I wanted to look cleaned up for a wedding. Haircut isn’t bad but the “curly style” is so ugly. I look like a frizzy hideous poodle. I wanted was a blow out. That reply is inaccurate. I was 20 minutes late and was told there could still be time, but not given any communication until the gel was already in my hair. Services: Blowouts, Haircut

I have been coming here since they opened way back in the day . I moved away for a few years . When I came back the location had changed dramatically .. not just the physical location … but the style and design of it all just shifted from cool obscure Salem to la/new York mainstream industrial …. It used to be a cool Place with a few stylists, nice conversation and time for your cut . It’s now grown to a production venue like the rest . I was in and out of the chair in 38 min …maybe it was a bad day or something was going on .. idk but The scissors were not sharp enough and pulled my hair a few times . And the super trendy dry/point cutting … disappeared for a straight speed cut. That left my hair twisting the wrong way and just kind of awful , puffy and not complimenting my face shape at all ….. I’m not sure what happened. But I very much miss the old fringe . I feel sad that I’ll need to find another hairdresser. The large industrial space is just to overstimulating for me .
