Colorful Nails

It’s so unfortunate that I have to leave a one star review after 10 years of getting my nails done there. They have always done a wonderful job but it is so severely flawed.. especially Ali. They stole money from my mother point blank. Every time we make appointments we are ALWAYS taken 30-45min after the start time. They’re busy so yeah okay a few times makes sense but every two weeks for years this is an issue. My father prepaid for my mothers service and accidentally put the wrong date. So of course my mother missed the apt and after explaining Ali should’ve understood that was an honest mistake. When my mother shows up the correct day she then proceeds to charge my mother the FULL amount again. After 10 years this is the first time this happened and there’s no grace, it was only one day difference?! She then offered to only charge her for the nails. My mother is far too nice and paid. Don’t get your nails here unless you want to wait 1 an hour after your apt time and get f-ing robb

I absolutely love this place. Absolutely, I give these beautiful, lovely women Infinity stars. Ladies, great job. Also, tell them that I sent you. They will give you a little stamp card. Just show them my post and my picture. Because they are so wonderful that they gave me a punch-out card. I can get $25 off after having a certain amount of punch-outs on my card. ????????
