I'm new to the area and was looking for somewhere to get color. I almost chose another place but I read all the good reviews for Rosa's and decided at the last minute to give it a try. I'm glad I did. I was immediately greeted with a smile and no wait. I asked for a new color and my stylist took the time to explain the best way to go lighter with the color I had and the results were fantastic. I went with her suggestions of highlights on my natural hair...love it. But beyond that she did things I haven't had a stylist do in years, she trimmed my ends without me having to request it, she edged my neck again without requesting it. And she smiled and sang the whole time, truly a good experience. I will be going back as long as I'm in the area.

I been coming here for about 6 months and I love it. Excellent customer service, every one is friendly and trust me they know what doing, if you looking for a good blow dry, color anything you have to come here. Everyone is great specially Rosa and Giovani love those women I can see the difference in my hair.

My hair came out flat, greasy and had no volume or body. It was a waste of my time. The woman blow dried my hair so many times.. all that heat just can’t be healthy. She kept putting all these oils and products in my hair. I felt like I needed to wash my hair as soon as I left. I was there for almost 5 hours just to get my hair washed and blow dried. They kept me waiting for 2 hours while she did other people’s hair who came in after me (and yes I had an appointment). She apparently knew them so didn't want to keep them waiting.. or maybe it’s because they spoke Spanish and I didn’t. Overall I had a bad experience. My hair is natural African hair and they could not detangle it well, although when I came my hair was not tangled. I don’t expect to return there and I would not recommend Rosa’s Place.
