Edited to update : Thank you dellaria and Dana for making it right for me! Couldn't have asked for a better experience ????. Devin who did my hair was fabulous and made the entire session feel so comfortable. Dana (who followed up) was also amazing and very considerate. Thank you! Totally recommended!! Worst experience ever. From the start the hairdresser seemed disinterested, no greetings, no introductions. When it came to choosing hair color she was more confused than me and the end result is dark black hair instead of my initial medium brown color. The hair wash was rough, far from gentle. No asking if water temperature is ok or not. Nothing. Coming to haircut it was mediocre to say the least. She literally pulled my hair more than a couple of times and didn't bother to even acknowledge it forget apologizing. Worst experience at dellaria. Avoid her (RI Anna) at every cost. Dellaria Brookline is way better. And even salons which are less known than this have better customer service.

Kashmira did an excellent job massaging my sore leg and hip. She is very knowledgeable about human physiology and has helped me repeatedly through the years with back and hip issues. I highly recommend her as a massage therapist. Services: Haircut, Hair coloring

Want to thank Sarah first for going above and beyond and for being so incredibly kind. Came back to fix my hair and Lauren took the time to listen and understand, and gave me the exact style of cut I wanted. When she was cutting my hair, I could just tell how talented she was because she was so detail oriented and gentle. She did an amazing job. And thank you to Dana as well for the excellent service
