I went in for an evaluation to get extensions, I asked some legitimate questions like how much it cost. I was told like under $400. I was very excited to pay only under $500 for real human hair. Was told to put $100 down. I made an appointment to get them put in the following week. When I came in they looked ok like they were temporarily looking great. It took about 2 and a half hours to do....I ended up paying $687 instead of under $500. I was not happy about it but didn’t make a point to complain. The minute I walked out I noticed the extensions felt dry and corse so I looked at the hair and it was all split and frizzing up like spiraling out of control. When I got home I immediately tried fixing it using exactly what Linda (the hairdresser I had) told me to do. At that point I had realized I was totally played. I waited a week to see if it would get better and it just got worse. It got so bad with splitting and breaking apart I cut it. I called to speak with Linda and she didn’t see
