Serenity In the City Salon & Spa

Honestly, what have I been doing with my life? I should have started coming to this salon as soon as I moved to Medford 2 years ago. Absolutely fantastic experience from the moment I walked in. Everyone was super friendly, and your girl is never one to turn down a mimosa. Linda was great. She immediately understood what I wanted to do with my hair, and got right to work. She checked in with me periodically to make sure she was still on the right track, and she was! I got exactly the cut I was looking for and am really pleased with it. Will definitely be back again!

I can’t say enough good things about Serenity in the City. It is truly phenomenal. I have been to many high end spas while traveling and and Serenity is the best experience I have ever had. Their services and atmosphere are that of a high end spa with the incredibly affordable prices. Serenity is the only place I have ever been too which I’ll say “any available provider” because everyone is THAT good. Today I had a facial with Amanda which was absolutely incredible and my massage with Marta was the cherry on top. Everyone here is SO kind. There was a minor mishap with my scheduling and my appointment needed to be moved back a bit which was totally fine with me because I got to relax in the relaxation room with complimentary drinks and snacks. They even comped me an add on service for the mishap which was completely unnecessary but just goes to show their extraordinary service. I will be back! And back, and back, and back…:)

I came to Serenity in the City about 10 years ago when my stylist, Nancy moved there. I continue to get wonderful hair care from Nancy once a month. Nancy described the amazing facial she got there. And I tried it. It was fantastic! I have been to the spa in Medford and Stoneham. Beyond the wonderful spa services, I always feel so welcome. Treat yourself!
