Susan, Danny and the staff are wonderful and professional people!!! I’ve been coming here for 2yrs and it’s definitely the best nail salon I have been to. Susan treats her customers with patience and understanding. She strives to make sure the customer is always happy and satisfied! Her motto is if my customers are happy I’m happy! If it’s last minute, Susan always finds time to fit me in. They always take the time to do an amazing job and the pedicure is sooooooooo relaxing! I always get the dip powder mani. She does an amazing job with my nails. They last 3-4 weeks sometimes 5 weeks! She is very knowledgeable about the nail industry and if you ask her questions she will take the time and explain to you. So if your in the Medford area and need a manicure, pedicure or waxing try Princess Nails! You will not be disappointed! Services: Pedicure, Manicure, Gel manicures

I had a good experience for my first time there. One of the best customer service from start to end. Excellent gel manicure, even helped me pick out a color since I couldn’t choose. Definitely coming back!!

Been going here for years, and in particular, to Jenny who is the best at pedicures. She is very thorough, adding hot stones, hot towels and leg massage to make for a relaxing spa experience.
