Wonderful salon. Nicole is a fabulous stylist. I’m only giving this review because during a family emergency (father diagnosed with terminal cancer) I had to cancel my appointment. I called the day before and they charged me $250. I understand that there is a cancellation policy, but they should know that this is how they will lose customers.

I booked a last minute appointment with Renata, and she did amazing! This is the first time I’ve ever gotten my hair cut from a more high-end salon. The most I’ve ever done is get a cut and pay $20. Of course, this place is more expensive because they are more high-end, but it’s worth it. I have no knowledge on hair, so I told Renata to do as she wished with the condition she doesn’t cut my hair above my shoulders. She gave her opinions such as cutting only a few inches off, framing my face, parting my hair, thinning it, etc.. and I loved it! It took almost an hour and a half for her to finish with her and another stylist tag teaming blow drying my hair, so of course I left a very generous tip. This place is amazing! Blending queens!!! I booked my first time (full balayage and haircut) here with Erica. First impression: the salon is beautiful. It’s clean, modern, and smells great! The energy here is really positive. All the hairdressers, assistants, front staff converse with each other and makes the salon feel cozier and homey. The chair was very comfortable even after 4+ hours of sitting for service. Erica started off with a consultation at the beginning of the appointment, asking me what I would like and history of my hair. After that- all was just 5 stars smooth sailing. From the coloring to the cut, she was able to deliver what I wanted with her professional experience. She nailed the tone I wanted for the fall season and her hair cut skills are *chef’s kiss*!!
