I really like this experience! Eliane is amazing! She's so nice, treats the hair very carefully and works very well! I have to trim my ends, but that will be for another appointment.
Had a terrible experience.my daughter asked to use the restroom and was pointed to the back door she asked one of the workers if ur was this door since there were 2 doors the worker was not looking and said yes. Well my daughter opened the door and stepped in she had a free fall and fell all the way down to the basement. She scratched her arm and her hand hurt but thank God otherwise she was ok although shaken up and embarressed . I insisted we leave but she went ahead and had her hair washed and blown dried anyways. I voiced my opinion that the least the owner could do was offer a free of charge service. But no he did not. The stylist was really nice and did an excellent job on my daughter's hair I recommend getting your hair done by the afro American woman she knows her job.
