Judy was amazing!!! I had an absolute hair emergency- needed it redone for an event the same night- she totally hooked me up! Bombarded with compliments.

I had a hair emergency about a year ago where my beautiful dreadlocks were not being washed and treated properly. Unfortunately, I lost a few locks in the process that took me a year to grow! I had nowhere to go until a friend recommended that I visit Judy at Intimate Whispers Hair Salon. WOW, what a difference. I can happily report that I've been working with Judy for more than a year now and my hair is in better shape than ever before. Judy has impeccable technique and knowledge when it comes to ALL hairstyles. However, she's an incredible dreadlock and braiding specialist who does her work with pride and great effort. I refuse to go anywhere else to get my dreads washed and twisted. If you're looking for a shop that does braiding and dreads, you found the right place. I can't begin to tell you how much peace Judy has brought to my life. Go to Intimate Whispers if you're looking to get started with dreads or coming in for routine maintenance. Can't recommend her enough!

On Thursday September 7th, I booked an appointment for a sew in for 5pm on September 11th. Judy quickly reached out and let me know she was not available at that time, and suggested we reschedule for sooner date. However, due to my limited schedule, the 11th was the only day I was available. Graciously, she offered me a 9pm appointment instead. I did not ask for this appointment, she suggested it. I told her it would be a partial sew in, just needed a few tracks added to the sides of my hair for some volume. I had no problem paying the cost of the full sew in and knew it would be a much quicker and easier appointment. Fast forward to September 11th, at 3:18pm I reach out to confirm the appointment, she said great, she’ll see me this evening. I left my house at 8:30, and arrived to the salon by 8:50 via Uber.
