I had an appointment at 3PM with Gina. Then they texted me asking if I could come at 3:30 Bc she was running late. I said yes that’s fine! An extra 30 minutes wouldn’t hurt. So I started heading there at 2:30PM, then got a message saying no actually let’s do 5PM. I was upset but needed my hair done so I stayed in the area bc going back home was too much. I went in the salon at 5PM and she still wasn’t ready. She then told me to come back at 7PM. At that point I just gave up, didn’t even want to argue about it. I just knew I was never going back. This isn’t the first time this happened to me, they’re always running late to get into work or they booked more than one client at a time. Extremely Unprofessional.

I called a week prior to have my daughters hair done, I ended up taking time off of work , pulling my daughter from school then we show up and the braider went home sick and no one called to let me know. I will not be retuning back to this establishment, the time prior we waited close to 60 min to be seen.

I been coming here since I was teen. Joan is amazing. Her stylist are fantastic. I would definitely recommend.
