WOW, that's what I call a Hair Salon, from the moment you walk in, they treat you as a valued customer. They give you a sense of trust and appreciation. The work was done in a timely manner and above your expectations. I will be back soon.

I went to Joan for my first relaxer treatment and she was pretty good. I saw a lot of growth. The issue is when I wanted extensions installed. She had her braider work on me and I told her that my hair is very fragile and fine from chemical treatments. The lady used so much tension that I had scarring on my head. It snapped from the roots. I lost over 6 inches of hair, a whole year of consist haircare flushed right down the drain because of one day. It was devastating. To top it off, the braider insisted on flat ironing my hair even though I asked her not to and she didn’t even use a heat protectant beforehand! She was obviously not a professional and unfortunately I do have to blame the entire salon for letting an unprofessional work on their clients. The braider was also very pushy and ended up installing way more than I asked for so I had to pay double what I expected for a terrible service. If you don’t like to argue with your hairstyles, do not go here. Services: Perms, Hair exten

Very poor customer service! Called and she gave me her number and told me to text and show what i want. My birthday is coming up and i wanted to try a wig for the first time. Scheduled an appointment and she confirmed and said okay i let her know the wig is on its way and texted her to make sure when i got it (9days before appt). She said okay again but when i texted to ask for pics of hair shes done before she left me on seen then i asked what time is good to come the day before my birthday she said shes booked.
