Infinity Nails

When I went to infinity nails they had multiple costumers that came in and it wasn’t even the right place this is supposedly a “walk in” rejected multiple people they started working on my gels somebody else walked in they stopped doing mine and went on to finish hers before mines mind you I am paying these people for my nails they went between people without washing their hands and they were not wearing masks they do not know how to Do designs either and the guy was so unprofessional i was there for so long worst experience!! My nails came out nice but the guy shouldn’t be yelling at anyone because they messed up a nail.

I called both Saturday & today to make an appointment for this upcoming week after being told on Saturday to call Monday to verify the availability for this week which didn’t make sense onto why she couldn’t just make my appointment for today. I called this morning to ask about tomorrow or sometime this week & let her know SHE told me to call back today & she proceeded to tell me”No i didn’t goodbye”. Very unprofessional & rude for someone who owns a business. Service: Nail extensions

Horrible customer service I did make an appointment for 1 o’clock. I had an emergency at work I called to let them know I won’t be able to make it. My phone call was ignored six times. To then receive a call the next day her bashing me because I didn’t call to cancel my appointment. I tried to explain to her that I did call and she proceeded to continue to bash me and then hangs up on me. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
