Awful. The woman who cut my hair cut way more off then I asked for. AND it's uneven. And blamed it on the fact that my mask (which they make you wear still, it's not like I chose to wear it) was blocking hair she didn't see. I'm absolutely miserable. I've never had it this short, and I can't do anything with it because it's so uneven. Last time I went there the woman who cut my hair did an AMAZING job! Yes it will grow back, but in the meantime, I have literally cried countless of times. It's that bad.
Melissa is amazing, has been doing my hair for years. Always courteous, pleasant, and always a pleasure to have my hair done.
