I called in a panic, after getting out of the hospital and my hair was matted something fierce. I went to a regular “hairdresser” that wouldn’t touch my hair, I stumbled across this place and it was the BEST…they were and are the kindest and most caring people spent a good 3 hours with my hair, and it wasn’t just ONE person, but at times 3 working in my hair at a time. I can’t begin to express how absolutely wonder these people were. They treated me so good and human. I recommend that anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable family type business to keep!!

I sat for 7 hours straight and paid $150 to Fanta to put singles in my hair and they started falling out in a week's time. I called and asked for a partial refund and she said the only thing she could do is put them back in. I don't live in Lowell and it took alot of time and money to go there so what am I supposed to do run back and forth so she can keep replacing braids ? I don't think so. I'm good!

Overpriced and not professional. The stylist didn’t know how to do the hairstyle I wanted and did them really short. Spent the whole time complaining on how she disliked the hairstyle I chose because it “took too long”. Even announced in front of everyone when someone said they liked it. Overpriced for the style and length I got, I barely had shoulder length and it came out so $221 with hair which is ridiculous. In the end the style just looked like my hair, nothing special.
