So rude and unprofessional. I had been going to Sopheak for a few months now, have always been on time, never missed an appointment and also tipped. Today I made a mistake, I got confused and thought my appointment was at 1:30 but it was actually at noon. She texted me at noon and I was very apologetic and expressed how sorry I was, I am only human. Her response was “i don’t have time for your jokes” I couldn’t believe it. I completely understand why a no call no show is frustrating, it’s unacceptable but I have been nothing but a nice client to her and didn’t deserve her treatment. A simple “I’m not taking you as a client because I don’t tolerate no call no shows” would have sufficed and I would have moved on. Her work is great but if I am going to get a service regularly, especially lashes I’d like for my artist to be more understanding of the one time I didn’t show up because I got confused. I ended up going to Christina Som as she had a cancellation and was able to take me in as a

Sopheak was amazing! She made me feel welcome and talks to me like she knew me like a friend. She did such a great job on my hair and I will definitely be back there.
