Went to have my nails done wore my own nails in was brought up to the counter to get them done woman told me to leave them long then afterward charge me $30 more because they were long do not use this place they will rip you off any chance they get ended up paying 70 dollars Services: Acrylic nails, Stiletto nails

Called ahead to see if they could accommodate 3 kids mani pedis and 1 adult pedi, and 1 adult mani pedi. We were there for over 2.5 hrs. One of the chairs they put us in was broken. Each kid received different service ranging from no foot soak and just polish to full pedicure. When I questioned them, the woman doing the kids didn’t speak English. Another woman translated and her response was that she wasn’t done yet - though polish had already been applied and no foot soak, scrubbing, or massage had happened. She rubbed some oil on her legs and called it a full pedicure. When I told the manager just before paying, he didn’t address it and charged us full price. Will not be going back to this place again. I don’t know the lady’s name who did my nails but she was an older woman and I absolutely love how my nails turned out, I had a finger that was a bit injured and she made sure she didn’t touch the injured part and didn’t misgender me and she was incredibly nice, kind and caring! I wish all the best for her and if she can get a raise then she deserves all the best and a bunch of good luck!!! Service: Manicure
