Caroline’s Salon Touche is my favorite salon to go to for all my hair needs. All of the staff is always so nice and friendly. And I absolutely love my hair every time I go here to get it done. Caroline is the sweet person ever.
Hands down the best Salon in Lowell. Caroline did AMAZING work at a good price. Salon staff is super friendly and service wasn’t rushed but didn’t take hours. 10/10 Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Blowouts, Haircut
