Loved my Box braids. If im not mistaken her name is Claribel the most kind and beautiful personality. She knew exactly how i wanted my box braids and she delivered. Also, shes really fast not like other salon that you there for 6 plus hours more like 3 1/2 hours. She took No brakes and Really professional. Initially I left this great review because I love the skill and talent and hospitality you find in this location. However I am changing my review. There is no effort at all to use English or a translator for those who don’t speak Spanish when they promote their business on Instagram. I have asked for them to explain or translate. I applaud the Spanish community in every way especially when it comes to learning one of the most difficult languages in the world. But when they prefer to speak Spanish that’s fine too. They shouldn’t have to learn another language. However I’m a paying customer. Why is it the Spanish community can ask for a translator and get one but an English speaking customer cannot ask for a translator and get one? How is that fair? It’s like, if you don’t speak Spanish then too bad. You can’t know about any specials or deals or celebrations coming up because you don’t learn our language.
