Probably one of the WORST experiences! I went to get my hair dyed and they messed up completely. I stupidly payed for it full price after they said they would fix it for free the following week. After they dyed it 3 times within one week, my hair knots easily and the color looks like a child did it. So unprofessional and I cannot believe they are in business. I don’t even know how they got certified. Don’t know what you’re doing ? Then don’t do it.
I look crazy. i paid 180 dollar for something i did not ask for. i told them i want to cut and dye my hair and explicitly said i didn’t want to apply heat( wanted it curly). asked for a red copper and got bright red with my roots still black and they made me get in the dryer talking about it’s part of the process.
