Welcoming, professional, I like the hair color they use. The owner who worked with my hair and is great also has other stylists. One is great with braiding and another specializes in wild colors... I'm too old for that but can appreciate it.

I just don't have enough nice things to say about my experience at Orquidea Salon & Spa in downtown Haverhill. I've been kind of bouncing around for a while now looking for a salon where I'd feel "at home" and I'm so happy to say I finally found it. I'm pretty low maintenance, most days I don't wear makeup or even put on shoes (slippers are life). I usually immediately feel uncomfortable in any salon - whether it be for hair, nails, etc., I've just never been any place where I felt like I fit in. I highly recommend everyone to go check this place out and meet some of the most talented and friendly stylists around! I love my new look, that I was educated on how to keep up with my look without feeling overwhelmed and most importantly, what I've been missing out on for years - I felt like I made friends and began to build a relationship with a great hair stylist that I can trust! Met with Sydney for my first time today and she was lovely. The entire place is cozy and warm and super welcoming. My hair looks fantastic and I’ll definitely be going back. Service: Balayage
