Family Affair Salon & Barber Shop

Very happy with my services at Family Affair Salon. I had a cut (short and wavy hair) and color (blonde balayage) with Melissa who did an excellent job, my coloring looks super natural! The salon was clean and they thoroughly explained their covid policies and procedures. Masks were worn at all times and they had me hand sanitize prior to coming into salon. Family Affair is an amazing salon!. The atmosphere is very welcoming and all of the stylists are extremely approachable and very knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond for their clients and everyone is treated like a family member. You can tell they truly enjoy their work which makes it nice and easy to carry on casual conversation. Places like this will always have the charm and appeal that franchise level salons and barber shops lack, and I am a customer for life. Side note; all of the hair products they carry are great as well! If you’re looking for higher quality shampoos, conditioners, styling product I’d ask one of the stylist for a recommendation!

Melissa gave my son his first haircut and did an amazing job! Especially given how much he was swinging his head around checking everything out. She was incredibly patient and he looks adorable. She also collected some of his hair for me and gave me a little certificate - I highly recommend!
