They are absolutely professional and do a great job. I’m a current customer and don’t plan to go anywhere else. The only down is Tiago’s arrogance. Other than him the staff is absolutely great. From ALL times I’ve been there he NEVER says good morning, hi, or good bye to any customer. He’s very very impolite.

Very welcoming place and staff is always the best. They are all very professional and the best at what they do.Tiago knows what he does, has a lot of knowledge, experience and confidence on this profession, you can't go wrong with him! First of all let me say that I typically don't write bad reviews unless its really deserving. My wife visited the Studio to get her hair done and as sketchy as it sounds they make you sign an agreement that you will not leave a bad review on social media if you are unhappy with their services. They rather that you bring the issue to them directly, however not only this sounds illegal but it infringes the guidelines of review platforms such as Google. Although the quality of the work was good, the experience overall was not pleasant as when paying for the services (around $500 which is the fair amount) they simply told us that they were not accepting credit cards at the moment and that they only accepted Cash or Venmo. When we questioned why we were not told that when making the reservation or given proper heads up before starting the services Tiago was a bit rude about the situation and simply gave a dont care attitude.
