awesome, i love this salon

They are extremely rude when you try to call and even book an appointment. I called and asked if they had time to do an estimate for a service and instead of asking me when I would like to come in, the person said he didn't have time and passed me to another colleague who said that he didn't have time either. So many ways they could have handled that. Don't even waste your time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called Angie’s salon to make an appointment for a keratin since they had a sale going on. I went in Sunday October 31st for a keratin. Went in at 2pm that Sunday I had a guy do my hair. As a previous hair dresser myself (no longer in the industry) I notice the guy doing my hair was rushing and did not properly process the keratin. After I questioned him if he would let the keratin process his answer was “no, this is the way I do my Keratins” I said to myself “ok maybe this is a different type of keratin” let it slide. Left the salon that day. Mind you I didn’t wash my hair until Friday 5 days after I got it done. I notice my hair was curly as if I never got anything done. I immediately called the salon and spoke to the owner she requested I came in the day so I did. I went in Saturday November 6th at 10am she questioned him and told him there was no keratin in my hair. So he did the whole process all over again this time he let it process f
