Beauty Batlles Lounge, INC.

I’ve been going to Beauty Batlles for a while now and I love all of their services. Most recently I had my eyebrows micro bladed, and i get SO many compliments on them. Ashley is amazing. Check them out for sure!

Unprofessional. Got a call less than an hour before my appointment to first say the last artist isn’t there and they need to cancel. No offer to reschedule. I ask if she no longer works there and the girl on phone tells me it’s to be determined then places me on hold and says that she is actually sick and they are rescheduling appointments but have no date in mind. I get things happen but no way they didn’t know this any earlier especially after the weird call I received Friday asking to confirm (which they have never done in the few months I’ve been going there). My time is valuable and not ok to be informed with such little time.

Traumatizing, worst experience ever. It was my first brazilian wax ever and i was told by the nice lady’s in the front to get undressed into the robe, so i did just that, and left my sports bra on. When Ashley came into the room she made a nasty judgemental comment about being fully undressed, i was confused because the girls told me to get undressed and i still had my sports bra on that she clearly didn’t see, but either way it was just such a rude weird comment and immediately made me feel uncomfortable. After that she got a phone call and i spent the next 10 minutes anticipating my first wax, then it just went downhill from there. She came back into the room and without saying a word she started waxing me, and with it being my first time ever i was alittle taken back that she didn’t tell me what she was doing, i had to tell her it’s my first wax ever to which only then she started talking to me.
