I went to get my hair colored n it came out great. But when it came down to style my hair it was a complete disaster. For one the way she was putting in the rollers for my roller set was a a red flag. Barely touched my hair for a blow out n got mad at me when told her she is doing it wrong. I have very thick hair btw....I get my hair every 2weeks n I'm pretty sure how the routine goes. Long story short I walked out looking how I how I walked only blonde Would never go there again..

Very friendly and they do good work

I was here on Saturday 7/30/16 at the new stall they opened on Hawthorne St in Chelsea. I arrived and spent around 20-30 minutes waiting. None of the stylists approached me to ask me what I needed, what I wanted to do... Not even to tell me: we are busy or how we can assist you. Absolutely nothing. So I grabbed my wallet and left. After all, I wasn't going to get anything done for free. The strange thing is that I know Sonia and she has always been kind but unfortunately her workers prove the opposite.
