I called to reschedule my appointment and their manager Lina was very rude. She yelled and interrupted me throughout the entire conversation. She picked up the phone saying - “Hey, what do you want?! We are closed today and I am doing you a favor by answering the phone”. I am going to cancel my appointment simply because of that experience.
Very nice and skilled staff. I had a great experience for my first ever brazillian blowout! Did a great job.
The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The customer service was outstanding offering coffee and/or water before getting stared and making a plan that was able to get me out the door after completing everything that I wanted wanted get done.
