I went to get my hair colored for graduation. My hair was blonde and I wanted to go for a strawberry blonde. The lady gave me neon PINK hair. To fix it she threw on demi permanent red dye & my hair has been extremely damaged since that. She still charged me 150 for something I did not want & I left the salon crying with red hair
Novo Visual is one of my favorite places to go. I've been visiting it for more than 10 years. For me it now has a very familiar feeling and the people that works there are super friendly. Which is what makes it so special to me. As far as the "product" goes, I always get what I expect, simply the best.
Gave me a great haircut! They took me in as walk-in, super friendly, had a easygoing but nice n spicy vibe, and were very proficient! Obrigado! Thank you!
