First Class Salon & Blowdry Bar

I made an appointment Thursday morning for Saturday afternoon. I arrived about 5 minutes early to pick out a color for my dip manicure. Everyone in the salon looked at me like I was an alien because I didn’t speak Spanish. No one seemed to understand that I had an appointment. I repeated myself at least 5 times in different ways. Once I was finally invited to sit down I was not shown the color options and I had to wait 15 minutes. I understand in any salon running behind is common however I should have at least been shown/given the color option to decide while I was waiting for the technician/stylist. Or even perhaps soak my current dip off my nails as that is a 10-15 minute process alone. The application of the dip what great and I appreciate the meticulousness of that portion. That is why this review isn’t a 1 star. However, my nails are all different shapes and length. Like a child did them. My left hand looks the better, my right hand looked nothing like it. Never again ! Had an appointment for hair and nails. When I asked for the prices Maggie mentioned 80€ for a Blowdry ( I did Blowdry in Manhattan at 47$ 3 days before). And for the nails each time her worker said a price, Maggie raised the price by 10$ !! Never seen something like this. Careful about the prices than can rise depending on the client !!!

Amazing! Ana did a fantastic gel manicure and haircut/blow. They knew how to handle curly hair well. Thank you!
