Great pedicure experience. The staffs are friendly. And the massage chair is comforting. The price is reasonable too

If you want hair dye VERY IMPORTANT My original hair color was orange (dyed) and I requested pink. They didn't tell me anything. The dye didn't show up and I was left with pink streaks. (1st picture) I didn't look at it carefully and left the salon after paying $110. LACK OF COMMUNICATION and TRANSPARENCY, if they couldn't do it, then TELL ME. I called and expressed my displeasure and was told to come back to fix it the next day. When I went in, they told me to schedule another appointment since they couldn't fix it and told me that there was another person who dyed hair coming in a month. I was promised a more talented person and more hair color and got $110 store credit. Just a day prior to my second appointment I got two miss calls (no voicemail) and when I called back, I was told to change my appointment that I scheduled a month prior because the hairstylist took a day off. I had an amazing facial experience. It was incredibly relaxing and hydrating. The spa itself was very clean and updated and Ava was very nice and answered all my questions. I already booked another facial! Definitely worth a visit :) Service: Skin treatments
