Extology is amazing. Before I go into the details of their amazing techniques, I want to take a moment to recognize their amazing customer service. More than being pleasant with their clients, the staff immediately treats you as though you you’ve been going to them for years; they treasure you as a person, not just a client. Now, onto the work: thoughtful color formulation, modern technique, excellent communication, and historical gathering before recommending how you should care for your hair (while keeping environmental factors in mind: they ask about habits, medication, hard water exposure). Every step is explained along the way, and I loved it. Lastly, I walked out of the salon feeling myself. My hair was silky, bouncy, and the mushroom color was beautiful. My style is still holding on after 3 nights! Thank you, Extology, for making me feel welcomed, and helping me feel confident and oh so pretty!
