They have cancelled the appointment few days before the appointment with an excuse they came up with: my hair was too BLACK and THICK to color. I have lost two weeks because of them, and I am not able to find another hairdresser due to the busy schedule of June. It is definitely unbelievable to be treated in this way for a place with this much of good feedback.
I got my hair cut here a week or two ago and it was a very warm and inviting experience. The woman who cut my hair was wonderful and no nice, easy to communicate with on what I wanted, and adjusted as I gave feedback! I only just moved to Boston not too long ago from New York where I had a woman I went to for haircuts but I'm glad I'm able to have someone I can trust close to home! Service: Haircut
