for over 200 dollars I expected better. After a decent haircut i asked whether they did perms. Of course, they said yes and I got a perm there. It was a disaster, i had made it clear that i wanted naturally wavy hair and showed them multiple pictures of examples. My hair became frizzy and poofy and i had to wear a hat for two weeks. I went back and asked them what happened and they just said “she didn’t do a good job” and expected me to just be fine with it and said i could come back in two weeks for them to redo my hair. Two weeks later, I went back and showed them again what i had wanted and again they promised that they can do it. But again my hair is the same.
