I visited this salon after seeing all of the glowing reviews and had a great consultation with Justine. The appointment came and I started with a haircut to get rid of all of my split ends. I'm happy with how the cut turned out. Next, hair color. I was clear that I wanted only the bottom third of my hair lightened and then dyed grey/silver, getting the lightest possible at the very tips. (I know that silver is a difficult color to achieve without frying your hair, which is why I asked a professional.) I came armed with examples of what I wanted and I went over them with Justine. I stressed the bulk of my hair remains natural. She was nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation and the appointment. She started in with the bleach and I expressed concern when I saw how high up the foils were getting. She assured me that it wasn't as high as I thought and it will peak out from behind the brown hair (not what I asked for), but I thought she was simply doing a quick lighten

This is the best salon I have ever gone to! The staff was nothing but kind, the prices were extremely fair, end everyone was courteous of my time. I didn't feel guilty asking to make changes or declining products, and everyone seemed to genuinely care. I definitely recommend to those looking for a salon!
