If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would. Had an appt booked with jamica and drove across bridge a to port allen only to get there and be told she can’t do my hair. No reasoning given. She passed me off to somebody else-older lady with nasty attitude who huffed when she was given the task. Then gave me new price which wasn’t the problem but also update the website pricing. I didn’t mind spending extra but why would I when the stylists have very unwelcoming demeanors??? Very sad. I was soo looking forward to getting my hair done only to waste time and gas and be treated as if I was inconveniencing them!!! Yall need to do some customer service training. And honestly, just be nice. You dont know What people have going on in their life. I came in with good energy and left feeling defeated. I will never return. TO JAMICA AND THE OLD LADY WHO ROLLED HER EYES AT ME IM GOING TO PRAY FOR YALL- something is off in yalls spirit and I pray you can at least stop bringing that energy to work with

I had been wanting to get a haircut for the past few weeks and decided to do a walk in. I was so pleased at how Jamaica cut and styled my hair. She was patient, thorough and very pleasant. Gamica Charles did a wonderful job with my sons haircut. We love coming to her because she’s always patient and does an AMAZING job. My son always ask to come to her when it’s time to her a haircut! Service: Haircut
